Project coordinators: the CIR

The CIR (Interdisciplinary Centre for Comparative Research in Social Sciences), based in Paris, is a non-profit making private research institution. Its goal is to conduct research projects concerned with European issues.

In the framework of the Septentrion Project, the CIR animates meetings with inhabitants to discover their portrayal of the territory and their expectations with regard to the information and consultation tools at their disposal.
