The 5th Euroregional Days for Fortified Sites are being held on the 26th and 27th of April

1918-2008 : Fortified towns put to the test of the 1st World War.

The 5th Euroregional Days for Fortified Sites are being held on the 26th and 27th of April 2008. They are organised by the Association for the Development of Fortified Sites of Nord-Pas-de-Calais, thanks to the support of the network North. A programme of guided tours, exhibitions, historical re-enactments, talks, concerts and recreational activities has been created to enable you to discover the rich and diverse heritage of these remarkable sites of the North of France, Belgium and the Netherlands, some of which are civilian, others military, some publically accessible and others normally private.
